Damon Bailey is a retired basketball player that played for Indiana University in the guard position under head coach Bob Knight. Bailey currently holds the all-time scoring record for boys’ high school basketball in the state of Indiana with 3,134 points that he set in 1990. He is a native of Heltonville, Indiana and he played basketball in at Bedford North Lawrence high school in Bedford Indiana. After his time at Indiana University, Bailey played professionally as well as coached a number of teams including Butler’s women’s basketball.
