Indiana Basketball: The Lineup Report | Notre Dame
See the below infographic on the Indiana Hoosiers’ lineups utilized against Notre Dame in the 2019 Crossroads Classic where the Hoosiers won 62-60.
In total, the Hoosiers used 16 unique combination of players on the floor. Durham, Green, Smith, Jackson-Davis, and Brunk led all lineups in total usage at nearly 14 minutes. The most effective in the plus-minus categories was the lineup of Franklin, Green, Durham, Smith, and Jackson-Davis used at the very end to finish the game.
Indiana used a total of 16 unique lineups against Notre Dame. This number represents a drop-off of five from the Nebraska contest, where Archie Miller used 21 different combinations. Bottom line: Miller felt there was less room for experimentation today.
One two-player combination that struggled on Saturday was sophomore Rob Phinisee and senior Devonte Green. The two were -8 together in the nearly 7 minutes they played together. Phinisee ended up -17. He will look to bounce back vs. Arkansas on Saturday.
