According to the University, the Hoosiers have selected senior guard Devonte Green and junior guard Al Durham as the team captains for the 2019-2020 season. The voting process was conducted among the players.

Green will be playing in his fourth year with the Hoosiers and he is Indiana’s leading returning scorer. Durham is entering his third season with the Hoosiers and he has started in 39 games in his career. Durham averaged 28.7 minutes per game last season and is the leader in that category among returning players.

Last year, the Hoosiers were captained by seniors Juwan Morgan and Zach McRoberts.

Being a team captain comes with great responsibility. You lead by example on the floor every day with your work ethic and in the locker room by not being afraid to hold your  teammates accountable in representing the standards we expect when you wear Indiana across your chest. Devonte and Al have earned the respect of their teammates and coaching staff.
