The Hoosiers will be facing Gannon University in the first public appearance of the 2019-2020 Hoosiers on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. The game is scheduled to tip-off at 7:00 pm ET at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Gannon University is a Division II school in the PSAC conference (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference), and campus is located in Erie, Pa. The Golden Knights finished 11-18 last season and 9-12 in the PSAC conference.
As previously mentioned, the Hoosiers have a closed-door scrimmage against Marquette University that will be taking place on October 20. That game will not be open to anyone outside of the team and staff.
According to the university, Indiana is currently 26-0 against non-Division I opponents that they have played in exhibition games. Last year, the Hoosiers defeated the University of Southern Indiana with a final score of 96-62.
