The Hoosiers now enter a three-game losing streak in the thick of the Big Ten gauntlet after a disappointing game against Ohio State in Columbus. With recent injury issues to Jerome Hunter and Race Thompson, the Hoosiers have struggled to find offensive consistency in their last two games, which were both on the road. Additionally, Indiana was out-rebounded for just the third time this season as they had a -7 margin on the glass against the Buckeyes. In the other games, Indiana was only out-rebounded by just one board.

Notes from the Lineup Report
- Indiana’s top lineup of Green, Durham, Hunter, Smith, and TJD played in garbage time, when the game was well out of hand late in the 2nd half. However, playing Green with Hunter, Smith, and TJD has been successful this year for IU. Those four (with any other 5th player) were +8 in 13 minutes before Saturday.
- Interestingly, Indiana’s defense was at its worst on Saturday when Rob Phinisee was on the floor. IU gave up 52 points in the 27:17 that Phinisee played (1.90 points allowed per minute). On the other hand, IU’s defense was at its best when Devonte Green was on the court, when IU gave up just 1.25 points per minute.
- After playing 20 of the first 25 minutes against OSU, Archie Miller benched Joey Brunk for 13 of the final 15. The move backfired on Miller, as Indiana, who trailed by 9 when Brunk was removed with 14:44 to go, saw the deficit expand to 18 when Brunk re-entered with 7:11 left.
- The Hoosiers dropped to 19 unique lineups to their 22 unique lineups against Penn State.
